1. About these terms
These terms apply when you request or book an Executive Strategy Session (a "Session") with Korn Advisory & Consultancy Pte Ltd (trading as Korn Consultancy), and apply in addition to our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
2. The Session
- The initial Session is complimentary for qualified companies. It is a 60-minute confidential conversation held on Google Meet.
- Typical agenda: understanding your goals, exploring growth challenges, discussing Asia-Pacific opportunities, sharing initial observations and recommending next steps. Where helpful, we may send a short follow-up note with suggested next steps.
- We may decline or reschedule a request at our discretion, for example where the enquiry falls outside our areas of focus or there may be a conflict of interest.
3. Booking, rescheduling and cancellation
- You book through our Google Calendar booking page after completing a short form on our website.
- Please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before the Session, using the link in your calendar invitation.
- If we need to reschedule, we will contact you as early as possible to agree a new time.
- If a Session is missed without notice, we may decline future complimentary bookings.
4. Confidentiality
- We treat what you share in a Session as confidential, and use it only to prepare for and hold the Session and to discuss possible next steps with you.
- Please do not share material non-public, price-sensitive or highly confidential information, or third parties' confidential information, before an appropriate non-disclosure agreement is in place. We are happy to sign a mutual NDA on request.
- We do not record Sessions without everyone's agreement.
5. No professional advice or relationship
Observations shared in a Session are general and preliminary, based on limited information. They are not professional advice, and they do not create a client or advisory relationship. Our Assessment & Tools Terms apply to any discussion of your Tool results.
6. Engagements and fees
Fees for advisory engagements are set out in a separate written engagement letter and invoiced directly. Payment terms are governed by that agreement. Our website does not process payments.
7. Your information
We use the information you provide when booking as described in our Privacy Policy. Booking does not sign you up to marketing unless you separately opt in.
8. Liability and governing law
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from a Session or reliance on observations shared in it, except liability that cannot be excluded by law. These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction.
